If your product does not match your expectations, is damaged or defective, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

Our Refund / Replacement Policy

For Mail Order purchases directly from our bakery:

In the event that you are dissatisfied with our product, please call us at 888-847-2636 or email us at Customer Service.
We will ask your name, invoice number, the flavor and size of the cake, the “best if used by”
date and the batch code imprinted on the side of the box (found in the following format XXXXXX).
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Please retain all packaging and contents until your concern is resolved.

For cakes purchased locally or through one of our trusted vendors:

If you are dissatisfied with our product in anyway, please contact the vendor or return the
product directly to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Our vendors will honor your request.
We are unable to breach this customer / vendor relationship and hope that you understand.
